We are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, for the privacy practices of such websites, the content of such websites, or the use to which others make of these websites or resources.
Every effort is made to ensure that product details, descriptions and prices shown are accurate at the time You place your order. If an error is found, We will inform you as soon as possible. If the price shown is incorrect, we will offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling.
All items are offered subject to availability. If on receipt of your order, the item(s) you have ordered become no longer available, We will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option of purchasing an alternative product. If you decline this option, a reduction in payment equal to the value of the unavailable items will be made.
We have gone to great lengths to illustrate our products, but each image should be viewed in conjunction with the descriptive text and will, of course, be limited by the screen settings of your own monitor screen. If an exact colour match is vital, we recommend you order a sample swatch or contact us.
We ask for payment in advance of delivery. This can be by credit/debit card, by electronic bank transfer or by cheque for UK customers. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. We accept all major credit cards excluding American Express.
After you send your order you will receive a copy by email, please print or keep this copy for your own records. This does not mean we have accepted your order. We will contact you to confirm the Order details prior to taking a deposit payment from you.
Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted.
All prices shown are in £ (GBP) sterling, and are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer, please contact us at the showroom as we can only accept your order by telephone or mail or by prior arrangement.
All relevant postage and packing, shipping, installation and/or delivery charges will be quoted based on what you have ordered and location of delivery. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days of the item coming into stock in our warehouse but please allow up to 28 days. During busy times, or for bespoke orders, this timeframe may increase. A working day is any day other than weekends, bank or public holidays. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under Our control, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, We shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the order, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, We will inform you as soon as possible.
If a carrier is used, upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the items received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the delivery as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claim for replacement or refund that you make thereafter.
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive your order (see below). To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Us by letter, fax or email, giving details of the items ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them to Us at your own cost. The items must be returned to our Warehouse: MiCasa House, .Unit 35 Orbital 25 Business Park, Dwight Road, Watford, Herts, WD18 9DA.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. All items must be returned in their original packaging, which in turn must not be damaged.
Once you have notified Us that you are cancelling the contract, We will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of receipt of the goods back into our warehouse for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the items. If you do not return the goods as required, We may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the items.
Should you wish to return anything to us, our returns policy is set out below. If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some way faulty, we will take the necessary action to rectify our mistake and at no cost to you.
As all of the items we order for you are bespoke to you, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your deposit. Following this, you may not cancel your order or return it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Products made with your own fabric or altered specifically for you not using off the peg options cannot be refused, returned or refunded unless they are defective or have been damaged by us in transit.
Sometimes, items are for a variety of reasons temporarily unavailable. We try to alert you to this fact on the website, but just occasionally, demand exceeds supply. If a product you have ordered is out of stock at our suppliers, we tell you about the problem, dispatch the rest of your order as normal, and place the out of stock item on back order. We try to estimate when new stocks will arrive and always give you the option of cancelling either the whole order or simply the out of stock item, if you would prefer not to wait. The out of stock item will be forwarded to you immediately it becomes available.
Items that are marked as ex-display will have a detailed description on the faults and possibly a picture, they will also be the subject of wear and tear and therefore may contain small scratches and marks. These items cannot be returned unless the fault was not as described. If you wish to request pictures we are more than happy to do so.
All prices on this website include a UK sales tax of 20% for V.A.T. This applies to UK customers and those resident within the European Union (EU). If you live outside the EU, this tax will be deducted from your order at checkout. Please note that to be eligible for a VAT reduction, we need to deliver to an address outside the EU.
Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits Our the liability for death or personal injury caused by the Supplier's negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are a business customer We shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
